Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period, then revert to Free automatically and lose access to Pro features.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. No surprises at checkout.
What happens if I downgrade?
You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then revert to Free automatically and lose access to those features.
Does Business Pro include a personal Pro account?
Yes. Business Pro includes one Personal Pro seat, assignable to any existing FoundrLinq personal profile at any time via your settings.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Annual pricing with a discount is coming after beta, once we have enough data on how founders use the platform.
