These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FoundrLinq (the "Service"), operated by Mustafa Aria (sole trader / eenmanszaak), a business registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FoundrLinq. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and to update this information as needed.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at hello@foundrlinq.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or that we believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.
New accounts may be subject to manual review and approval to maintain platform quality. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove accounts at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
You retain ownership of any content you create on FoundrLinq (posts, messages, profile information, etc.).
By posting content, you grant FoundrLinq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others or where we are required to retain it by law.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of doing so.
FoundrLinq offers free and paid plans:
Prices are in euros and exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT) where required. Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to Pro features until then.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital services. However, by starting to use Pro features immediately after purchase, you expressly waive this right and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact us at hello@foundrlinq.com and we will review your case.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
The Service, including its design, branding, code, content (other than user content), and trademarks, is owned by FoundrLinq and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as Stripe, social media platforms, or external websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
FoundrLinq is a platform that enables connection between users. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the conduct, statements, claims, or content of any user. You are responsible for your own decisions when interacting with other users, including any business or financial dealings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundrLinq, its owner, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoundrLinq and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
